How to create a Campaign in three steps

Here, we show you how easy it is to create a feedback campaign in three simple steps.
Once the campaign is created, you'll be able to customize various aspects of it.

1. Begin my registration

Numbering for this campaign

The first step is to choose the numbering to be used.

2. Alias

Company Alias

Step two is to enter the Alias (keyword) which we want to use for the campaign. The system will verify if the alias is available for the number chosen in step one.

3. Customize your reply message

Optional

You also have an optional third step which allows you to customize the reply the customer gets when participating in a campaign.
The default message participants will receive is “Thank you for participating in "Alias"!”.
You’ll also be able to use the "wildcards" (alias, number, country, carrier) to identify the participant with the service.
